Hari ni hari kedua puasa...semalam menu mee kuah & sahur pulak ngan nasi lemak. Apalak menu berbuka hari ni ek? Pasta sos balance buat spagetti hari tu dok ada dalam freezer dah 2 minggu. Bayam & terung yang di beli 2 hari lepas tak tahu nak buat apa. So rasanya nak buat pizza lah hari ni. Pagi tadi gi Maidin do some groceries and grab myself some cheese, a packet of mushroom, few tomatoes & yeast for the doh.
Walah...for $21 budget we had 2 pizzas for dinner...pizza chicken-mushroom and bayam-terung plus I can clear the fridge...


Pizza bayam + terung &  tomato (saya goreng je terung ni bersama bawang putih hingga caramalize lepas tu baru masukkan bayam, garam secukup rasa, then baru letak uuntuk topping pizza)


Pizza ayam-cendawan, yang ni Kiki perabih sorang...kami tak rasa pun...

Goreng dulu cendawan + bawang putih , garam secukup rasa, lepas tu masukkan hirisan ayam, baru letak pada pizza untuk topping)

Makan sekeping untuk berbuka pun dah full sebab toping banyak..

Di sini disertakan resepi yang saya gunakan untuk doh.
Ingredients:
• 1 envelope active dry yeast
• 1 cup warm water, 110° F.
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 ¼ to 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1)Put warm water in a cup; sprinkle yeast over water and stir in sugar; let stand for about 10 minutes, or until it begins to bubble.
2)Combine 2 1/4 cups flour and salt in a large bowl; pour in oil and yeast mixture and stir until a stiff dough is formed. Turn dough out onto a floured surface; knead about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Add extra flour as needed to keep from sticking to hands and board.
3)Place in a large bowl greased with shortening or butter; turn dough over to coat the dough well. Cover with towel and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Dough should double in bulk. Punch down the dough and shape to fit a lightly greased pizza pan which as been sprinkled lightly with cornmeal. Keep dough slightly thick around the edges. Fill with favorite filling and toppings and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C.

Kalau nak resepi sos pizza di sini juga ada. Tapi masa Mint Room buat pizza ni dia gunakan lebihan sos spaggeti...anda boleh guna pelbagai ramuan untuk topping nya tapi yang Mint Room buat ni topping cendawan & seafood...tapi jangan lupa cheese...cannot do pizza without cheese.

Pizza Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 clove garlic, mashed and minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
• 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• dash red pepper, optional
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients. Makes about 1 1/2 cups, enough for 2 pizzas.
